• Pay in full at the beginning of treatment, and receive a 7.5% courtesy.

• In-house monthly payment plan (with no interest), with a 20% initial payment at the beginning of treatment.

• No initial-payment with third-party financing (upon approval), which Dr. Caswell's office can facilitate at the beginning of treatment.

• Dr. Caswell will work with your insurance company to obtain the maximum coverage available to you.

 Can I afford it?

The actual cost of treatment depends on the length and level of your individual treatment plan.  Price is determined at the first appointment.
